Pakode Wali Kadhi पकोड़े वाली कढ़ी


Ingredients:

For Pakode:
Besan4 cups
Water
Tumeric – Haldi – ¼ Tea Spoon
Salt – 1/2  Tea Spoon
Oil

For Kadhi:
Dahi – Yogurt- 4 Big Spoon
Besan – 3 Tea Spoons
Water
Heeng-
Methi Dana – 1/2 Tea Spoon
Mustard Seed – Rai – 1 /2 Tea Spoon
Lal Mirch Khadi - 2
Kadhi Patta- Mithi Neem
Haldi – Turmeric – 1 Tea Spoon
Lehsoon- Garlic Grinded in water – 6 Cloves
Namak

For Tadka:
Desi Ghee – 1 Tea Spoon
Jeera – 1 /2 Tea Spoon

Lal Mirch Powder- 1 /2 Tea Spoon

Daal Dhokli – Daal Tikki दाल ढोकली – दाल टिक्की


Ingredients:
For Dall:
Toor Daal – Arhar Daal
Tumeric - Haldi- 1 /2 Tea Sppon
Salt - Namak – 1 Tea Spoon
Tomato – 1
Warer - 3 Times Of Daal

For  Tikki or Dhokli:
Wheat Flour – 1 1/4  Cup
Oil – 3 Tea Spoon
Ajwain – 1 pinch
Salt –Namak – 1 Tea Spoon
Haldi – 1 /4 Tea Spoon

For Tadka:
Lehsoon – 4 -5 Kali
Hari Mirch - 1
Pyaz – Onion - 1
Ajwaeen अजवाईन
Tomato – 1
Ghee – 3 Tea Spoon

Hara Dhaniya- Coriander Oil – For Garnish

Malpua Rabri मालपुआ रबड़ी


For Malpua:
4 Spoon Maida
1 /4  Tea Spoon Baking Powder
1 /2 Tea Spoon Crushed Saunf
35 % Whipped Cream 300 ml
Luke Warm Water to Create Right Consistency

For Chaashani:
6 Spoon Sugar
1 Cup Water

For Rabri:
2 Cans 2% Partly Skimmed Milk 370 ml
Carnation Milk 370 ml
5 Tea Spoon Condensed Milk
1 Can Ordinary Milk 370 ml
Sugar to Taste

To Fry Malpua:
Cooking Oil

1 Tea Spoon Desi Ghee
