Celery Soup सेलेरी सूप




Ingredients:
सेलेरी- Celery – 5 to 6 Stems
मख्खन - Butter1/2 Tea Spoon
लहसुन - Garlic – 4 cloves
प्याज - Onion – 1 Medium
पानी -  Water
नमक - Salt – 1/2 Tea Spoon
नींबू का रस– Lime Juice – Few Drops
काली मिर्च – Black Pepper – 1 Pinch

Khade Masoor ki Daal –Whole Red Lentil खड़े मसूर की दाल




Ingredients:

खड़े मसूर की दाल - Khade Masoor ki Daal 1 cup
देशी घी - Desi Ghee2 Spoon
हींग – Asafetida1 Chutki
जीरा - Cumin Seeds 3 / 4 tea Spoon
तेज पत्ता - Bay Leaves2
लहसुन - Garlic – 6 cloves
अदरक - Ginger – 1 /2 Inch
हरी मिर्च - Green Chilli - 1
प्याज - Onion – 1 small
हल्दी -Turmeric -  1 /2 Tea Spoon
नमक - Salt – 1 Tea Spoon
जीरा पावडर - Cumin Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
धनिया पावडर - Coriander Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
गरम मसाला - Garam Masala – 1 /4 Tea Spoon
खड़ी धनिया - Whole Coriander Seeds – 1 Tea Spoon
टमाटर - Tomato – 1
धनिया पत्ती - Coriander Leaves – 1/ 2 bunch

Sarson Ka Saag (Rapini) सरसों का साग




Ingredients:

 सरसों का साग –Rapini– 1 /2 Kg
पालक का साग – Spinach – 250 gms
नमक – Salt – 1 ½  tea spoon
घी – Desi Ghee – 3 Tea Spoon
हींग – Asafoetida1 pinch
जीरा – Cumin seed – 1 tea Spoon
लहसुन – Garlic – 7 -8 cloves
अदरक – Ginger – ½ Inch
हरी मिर्च -  Green Chilli – 2
प्याज – Onion – 1 Big
हल्दी – Turmeric – ½ Tea Spoon
लाल मिर्च – Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tea Spoon
मक्के का आटा – Corn Flour – 1 ½ spoon
मख्खन – Butter – ½ Tea Spoon
अदरक की जुलियन – Ginger Julian to Garnish
