Dry Chicken Kalimirch (Black Pepper) भुना चिकन कालीमिर्च

 


Ingredient:

Chicken – 1.25 Kg

Mustard Oil – 4 Tea Spoon

Bay Leave – 1

Black Cardamom – 1

Green Cardamom – 2

Clove –2

Cinnamon Stick – ½ inch

Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 1/2 Tea Spoon

Salt – 1 Tea Spoon

Coriander Seeds – 1 1/2 Tea Spoon

Fennel Seeds – 1 Tea Spoon

Cumin Seeds – 1 Tea Spoon

Tomato- 2

Black Pepper – 2 Tea Spoon

Kasoori Methi – 1 Tea Spoon

Garam Masala (Optional) – 1 /2 Tea Spoon

Green Coriander leaves – small bunch

Black gram skinned (Urad) Lentil – 1 cup

Green gram skinned (Moong) Lentil – 1/ 4 cup

Green Chili – 1

Ginger – 1 /2 Inch

Raisin – 10 approx

Cooking Oil – to fry
