Ingredients:

राजमा –Red Kidney Beans – 4 Cup
टमाटर - Tomato  2 Medium

अदरक – Ginger – 1/2 Inch
हरी मिर्च – Green Chilli - 2
सरसों का तेल - Mustard Oil – 3 Spoon
हींग Asafetida  – 1 pinch
बडी ईलायची – Black Cardamom – 2
तेज पत्ता – Bay Leaves - 2
जीरा – Cumin Seed – 1/2 Tea Spoon
हल्दी – Turmeric Powder – 1 /2 Tea Spoon
नमक - Salt -  1  Tea Spoon or Per Taste
धनिया पावडर – Coriander Powder – 1  Tea Spoon
जीरा पावडर – Jeera Powder – 3 /4 Tea Spoon
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च  - Kashmiri Red Chilli powder – 1 /2 Tea Spoon
