Dilli wale Chole Bhature दिल्ली वाले छोले भटूरे

 




Ingredient:

All Purpose Flour (Maida) – 4 Cup

Salt – 1 Teaspoon

Sugar – 2 Teaspoon

Baking Soda – 1/2 Teaspoon

Oil – 2 Teaspoon + 2 Cups To Fry

Chole:

Chickpeas (Chole) – 2 Cup

Cinnamon Stick – 2

Black Cardamom – 3

Clove – 4

Black Pepper – 5

Bay Leaves – 2

Baking Soda – 1/2 Teaspoon

Salt – 1 Teaspoon

Oil – 1 Teaspoon

Tea Bags – 3

Tadka:

Mustard Oil – 2 Teaspoon

Cumin Seed – 1 Teaspoon

Onion- 2

Salt – 1 Teaspoon

Tomato – 1

Garam Masala – 1 Teaspoon

Cumin Powder – 1 Teaspoon

Coriander Powder – 1 Teaspoon

Red Chili Powder – 1/2 Teaspoon

Turmeric – 1/2 Teaspoon

Fenugreek Leaves – 1 Teaspoon

Mango Powder – 1 Teaspoon

Green Chili – 1

Ginger – 1/2 Inch

Coriander Leaves – 1 Bunch

Sukhi Udad Daal सूखी उड़द दाल

 


Ingredients:

Black gram without skin (Urad) Lentil – 1 1/2 cup

Salt – 1 Tea Spoon

Black Cardamom (Badi Ilayachi) – 2

Clove – 4- 5

Cinnamon Stick – 1/2 Inch

Oil – 1/2 Tea Spoon

 

For Tadka:

Ghee – 1 Spoon

Asafetida – 1 pinch

Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tea Spoon

Coriander seeds crushed – 1/2 Tea Spoon

Dry Red Chili – 2 -3

Onion – 1
