Besan Ki Barfi बेसन की बरफी



Ingredient:

Besan (Gram Flour) – 1 Cup

Ghee – 2 Tea Spoon

Milk Powder – 1 Cup

Cardamom  Powder – 1 /4 Tea Spoon

Pistachio – 1 /4 Cup

For Sugar Syrup:

Sugar – 3 /4 Cup

Water – 1 /2 Cup

Ingredient:
Rice Flour – 2 Cup
Chana Dal (Gram Lentil) – 1 Cup
Garlic- 8 cloves
Ginger – 1 /2 Inch
Green Chili – 4
Coriander Leaves – 1 Small Bunch
Coriander Powder – 1 Spoon
Cumin – 1 /2 Spoon
Asafetida – 1 Pinch
Turmeric Powder – 1 /2 Tea Spoon
Salt 1 Spoon
Ghee – 2 Spoon
Oil – 1/2 Tea Spoon for Greasing

For Tadka:
Oil – 2 Spoon
Hing (Asafoetida) – 1 Pinch
Mustard Seed (Rai) – 1 /2 Spoon
Curry Leaves (Mithi Neem) – 6 to 7
Green Chili - 2

Kale Chane ka Pulao काले चने का पुलाव


Ingredients:
चावल   Rice  1 1/ 2 cup
पानी -  Water – 3 1/4  Cups
काले चने – Black Gram (Kale Chane)  1 /2 cup
देशी घी – Desi Ghee (Clarified Butter) – 1/ 2  Spoon
तेल - Oil – 1 1/2 Tea Spoon

दाल चीनी – Cinnamon Stick – 1 small
तेज पत्ता – Bay Leaves – 1
बड़ी ईलायची – Black Cardamom – 1

नमक – Salt – 1 tea Spoon
