Moong Daal Ka Halwa मूंग दाल का हलवा


Ingredients:
मूंग की दाल बिना छिलके वाली Moong Daal without husk– 1 Cup
सूजी – Semolina  1/ 2  Cup
शक्कर – Sugar – 1 Cup
देशी घी – Desi Ghee (Clarified Butter) – 2  1/2 Spoon
दूध – Milk – 2 Cup
केसर – Saffron – 6-7 Threads  
काजू – Cashew – 8-10
बादाम – Almond Flakes – 1 Spoon

Khichadi Sukhi wali खिचड़ी सूखी वाली


Ingredients:
चावल   Rice  3 /4 cup
मूंग की छिलके वाली दाल – Moong Daal with Husk  3 /4 cup
देशी घी – Desi Ghee (Clarified Butter) – 1 Spoon
जीरा – Cumin Seed – 1 /2 Tea Spoon
काली मिर्च – Black Pepper – 7-8
सूखी लाल मिर्च- Dry Red Chilli – 1
तेज पता – Bay Leaves – 1 1/ 2
बड़ी ईलायची – Black Cardamom – 2
लौंग – Clove – 2
हींग Asafetida  – 1 pinch
प्याज -  Onion – 1 medium
लहसुन – Garlic – 3 Cloves
नमक – Salt – 3 /4 tea Spoon
पानी -  Water – 3 Cups

Louki Ki Kheer लौकी की खीर




Ingredients:
Louki- Gourd - Half
Milk 2%- 1 Litre 
Clarified Butter- Ghee- 1 1/2  Tea Spoon
Green Cardamom - 2
Almond Flakes- 2  Tea Spoon
Cashew nuts – 10 – 12
Sweetened Shredded Coconut – ½ Cup
Sugar – 1 ½ Tea Spoon

Masaledaar Kale Chane मसालेदार काले चने


Ingredients:
काले चने – Black Gram -  2 Cups
पानी – Water – 1 Cup
नमक  - Salt- 1  Tea Spoon
खाने के तेल - Cooking Oil - 2 Tea Spoon
हींग – Asafetida – 1 pinch
जीरा - Cumin Seed - 1   Tea Spoon
तेज पत्ता – Bay Leaves -1
प्याज - Onion - 2 Medium size
लहसुन – Garlic – 7-8 Cloves
अदरक – Ginger – 1 /2 Inch
टमाटर -  Tomato – 1 Medium
हल्दी - Turmeric Powder – 1/2  Tea Spoon
धनिया पावडर - Coriander Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पावडर – Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- 1 /2 Tea Spoon
 अमचूर पावडर - Dry Mango Powder- 1 /2 Tea Spoon
