Chicken Black Pepper - Chicken Kalimirch चिकन कालीमिर्च


Ingredients:

Chicken Legs – 6 pieces
Pyaaz  (Onion) – 2 Big Sized –cut in small pieces
Haldi-Turmeric powder – 1/ 2 Tea Spoon
Kashmiri Lal Mirch-Kashmiri Red Chilli powder – 1/ 2 Tea Spoon
Salt – 1 Tea Spoon
Adrak Lehsun Paste-Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tea Spoon
Oil – 2 Tea Spoon
Yogurt - Dahi – 1 cup
Black Pepper – 2 Tea Spoon
Kasoori Methi – Fenugreek Leaves – 1 Tea Spoon
Garam Masala – ½ Tea Spoon
Dhaniya Hari – 1/2 Gaddi

Daal Palak Wali – Spinach Gram Lentil - दाल पालक वाली




Ingredients:
चना दाल – Gram Lentil - 1 cup
पालक – Spinach – 1 Bunch
देशी घी  - Desi Ghee  – 2 Tea Spoon
हींग – Asafetida - 1 pinch
जीरा – Cumin Seed – 1 Tea Spoon
हरी मिर्च  - Green Chilli – 1 (Finely chopped)
लहसुन – Garlic – 4 Cloves (finely chopped)
प्याज – Onion – 1 Medium (Finely chopped)
टमाटर – Tomato – 1 (Chopped Finely)
वी८ – V8 – 1 Cup
हल्दी – Turmeric Powder – ½ Tea Spoon
शक्कर – Sugar – ½  Tea Spoon
नमक - Salt – 1 Tea Spoon
हरी धनिया – Coriander Leaf – 1 Bunch

Moong ka Usad झटपट उसड़ – बिना अंकुरित मूंग का



Ingredients:

खड़ी मूँग – Green Moong Whole 1.25 cup
पानी - ५ कप  5 cup water
तेल  - Oil – 2 Tea Spoon
हींग – Asafetida - 1 pinch
जीरा – Cumin Seed – 1 Tea Spoon
हरी मिर्च  - Green Chilli – 2 (Finely chopped)
लहसुन – Garlic – 4 Cloves (finely chopped)
अदरक लहसुन पेस्ट – Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 Tea Spoon
प्याज – Onion – 2 Medium (Finely chopped)
हल्दी – Turmeric Powder – ½ Tea Spoon
भुना जीरा – Roasted Cumin Powder – ½ Tea Spoon
लाल मिर्च – Red Chilli Powder – ½ Tea Spoon
धनिया पाऊडर – Coriander Powder – 1 ½ Tea Spoon
टमाटर – Tomato – 1 (Chopped Finely)
