Naan Khatai without Egg नान खटाई बिना अंडे के

 


Ingredient:

(For ~ 25 Naan Khatai)

Maida (White Flour) – 2 Cup

Besan (Gram Flour) – 1 Cup

Suji (Semolina)– 2 Tea Spoon

Sugar – 1 Cup

Salt – 1 /4 Tea Spoon

Cardamom Powder – ½ Tea Spoon

Baking Soda – 1/ 4 Tea Spoon

Baking Powder – 1 /2 Tea Spoon

Ghee (Clarified Butter) – 1 Cup

Almond – 1/2 on each (13)

Breakfast Omelette and Corn Peas ऑमलेट और कॉर्न हरी मटर नाश्ता

Butter – 1 Tea Spoon

Cumin Seeds – 1/2 Tea Spoon

Green Chili – 1

Onion – ½

Salt – 1/2  Tea Spoon

Corn – 1/2 cup

Green Peas- 1/2 cup

Dry Red Chili Flakes – 1 /4Tea Spoon

Lemon Juice – 1/2

 

For Egg Omelette:

Egg – 2

Salt – 1/2 Tea Spoon

Black Pepper – 1/2  Tea Spoon

Water – 2 Spoon

Onion – 1/2

Oil – 1 Tea Spoon

Green Chili – 1

Spinach – 1/2 Cup

Mozzarella Cheese – 1/4 Cup
