Mushroom Garlic Ginger मशरुम गार्लिक जिन्जर


Ingredients:
Mushroom- Stems Removed - 8
Cooking Oil - 2 Tea Spoon
Green Chilli- Hari Mirch – 2– Finely Chopped
Garlic - Lehsun- 5 cloves – finely chopped
Ginger- Adrak – 1/2  inch- cut in small pieces
Soya Sauce- 1 Tea Spoon
Sweet Chilli Sauce – 2 Tea Spoon
Vinegar – 1 Tea Spoon
Sugar – 1/2  Tea Spoon
Salt – 1 /2 Tea Spoon

Black Pepper – 1 /2 Tea Spoon

Saag Paneer Palak Paneer साग पनीर पालक पनीर

Palak Saag –Spinach – 300 gm
Paneer – Cut in Cubes- 250 Gm

Jeera – Cumin Seed – 1 Tea Spoon
Salt- Namak – Per Taste
Haldi- 1 / 2 Tea Spoon
Lal Mirch – 1 /2 Tea Spoon
Dhaniya Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Jeera Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Garam Masala – 1/4  Tea Spoon
Oil – 1  1 /2 Tea Spoon
Pyaz – Onion- 1 Medium
Adrak- 1 /2 inch
Lehsun- Garlic – 6 kali
Tomato – 1
Hari Mirch – 2           
Tomato Puree – or – V8 (8 Vegetable Juice) – 4 Tea Spoon
