Dahi Bhalle दही भल्ले


 



Ingredients:

Black gram skinned (Urad) Lentil – 1 cup

Green gram skinned (Moong) Lentil – 1/ 4 cup

Green Chili – 1

Ginger – 1 /2 Inch

Raisin – 10 approx

Cooking Oil – to fry

Salt – 1 Tea Spoon

Asafetida – 1/ 4 Tea Spoon

Luke Warm Water – 1 Cup

Yogurt – 1 cup

Sugar – 1 Tea Spoon

For Garnish/toppings:

Salt – 1 /2 Tea Spoon

Red Chili Powder – 1/ 2 Tea Spoon

Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 /2 Tea Spoon

Black Salt – 1/ 4 Tea Spoon

Chat Masala – 1 /2 Tea Spoon

Termarind Chutni/Sauce – 1 Tea Spoon

Green Coriander – Small Bunch
