Daal Dhokli – Daal Tikki दाल ढोकली – दाल टिक्की


Ingredients:
For Dall:
Toor Daal – Arhar Daal
Tumeric - Haldi- 1 /2 Tea Sppon
Salt - Namak – 1 Tea Spoon
Tomato – 1
Warer - 3 Times Of Daal

For  Tikki or Dhokli:
Wheat Flour – 1 1/4  Cup
Oil – 3 Tea Spoon
Ajwain – 1 pinch
Salt –Namak – 1 Tea Spoon
Haldi – 1 /4 Tea Spoon

For Tadka:
Lehsoon – 4 -5 Kali
Hari Mirch - 1
Pyaz – Onion - 1
Ajwaeen अजवाईन
Tomato – 1
Ghee – 3 Tea Spoon

Hara Dhaniya- Coriander Oil – For Garnish
