Punjabi Chole Masala पंजाबी छोले मसाला




Ingredients:

Kaabuli Chana (Soaked in water overnight and then boiled till shells starts separating) or readymade soaked Chick peas
Oil- 2 Tea Spoon
Onion Chopped- Pyaaz- 1 Medium
Tomato- 1 Medium (Paste)
Garlic chopped- Lehsoon- 1 Tea Spoon
Ginger Chopped- 1  Tea Spoon

Garam Masala:
Badi Elaychi- 1
Choti Elaychi – 1
Dal Chini- 2
Saunf- ½ Tea Spoon
Jeera- 1 Tea Spoon
Tez Patta – 2
Lal Mirch Khadi -1
Kali Mirch- Black Pepper- 6-7
Laung - 2

V8 Juice or Tomato Puree
Yogurt- Dahi- 1/2  Cup

Lal Mirch powder- 1 Tea Spoon
Haldi -1/2 Tea Spoon
Jeera Powder – ½ Tea Spoon
Dhaniya Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
MDH Chana Masala – 1/2  Tea Spoon
Anaar Dana – 1 Tea Spoon
Salt – To Taste

Hari Dhaniya- To garnish
