Chilli Paneer Tikka चिली पनीर टिक्का


Ingredients:

Paneer- cut in square – 200 Gms

For Marination:

Lahsun Paste – 1 Tea Spoon
Besan bhoon kar – 1 Tea Spoon
Namak –Salt- 1/2  Tea Spoon
Haldi Powder – 1/2  Tea Spoon
Lal Mirch Poweder – 1/2  Tea Spoon
Ajwain- 1/ 4 Tea Spoon (Optional)
Dahi (Yogurt) – 2 Tea Spoon
Niboo juice( Lemon Juice) –  1/ 2 Tea Spoon

For Sallow Frying:
Cooking Oil - 2 Tea Spoon

For Chilli Touch:
Pyaaz –Onion – 2 Medium cut in square
Shimla Mirch – 1 – Cut in Square
Soya Sauce- 1 Tea Spoon
Sweet Chilli Sauce – 2 Tea Spoon
Vinegar – 1 Tea Spoon
Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tea Spoon
Sugar – 1/2  Tea Spoon
Adrak – 1/2  inch- cut in small pieces
Jeera – 1 /2  Tea Spoon
Lal Mirch flex– 1/4  Tea Spoon
Cooking Oil – 1/ 2 Tea Spoon
Green Chilli – 2
Lehsoon – 3 cloves

Corn Starch – 1 Tea Spoon
