Chicken Keema चिकन कीमा Minced Chicken Spicy


Ingredients:
Minced Chicken – Keema 500 Gram(चिकन कीमा) -५०० ग्राम

For Merination:
3 Table Spoon- Dahi
1 Tea Spoon- Tandoori Masala
1 ½ Knorr Chicken Cube
3 Tea Spoon- Mustard Oil (Use any oil)
1 Tea Spoon- Kasoori Methi
1 Tea Spoon- Onion Powder (Optional)
1 Tea Spoon- Garlic Paste
1 Tea Spoon- Ginger Paste
1 Tea Spoon- Haldi Powder
1 Tea Spoon- Lal Mirch Powder
1 ½ Niboo Juice

For Garam Masala:
Inko Tave par bhoon kar grind kar len:
3 Badi Ilaichi
3 Choti Ilaichi
1 Tea Spoon- Jeera
4 Loung (Clove)
Pinch of Jaifal
I Tea Spoon – Saunf
I Tea Spoon- Khadi Dhaniya
8 Kali Mirch
1 Choti Stick Daal Chini
3 Lal mirch sabut

Other Ingredients:
4 Tea Spoon – Mustard Oil (You may use any oil)
4 Tea Spoon- Canola Oil
1 Tea Spoon- Sugar
2 ½ Tej Patta
3 Mid Size Pyaaz (Onion) (Grind well)
-1/2 Inch Adrak
-6 Lahsoon ki kali
-2 Tea Spoon- Tomato Puree or V8 Juice
(Mix above three and make paste)

1 Tomato (Grind Well)
1 Cup Hari Matar
Hari Dhaniya Patti
1 Tea Spoon- Kasoori Methi
1 Tea Spoon- Tandoori Chicken Masala (Optional)
