Dahiwale Aaloo Rajasthani दही वाले आलू राजस्थानी



Ingredients:

Potato- Boiled आलू – उबले हुए
Oil – 1 Tea Spoon
Jeera -1 Tea Spoon
Hing – 1 Pinch
Salt – 1 Tea Spoon
Haldi Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Dhaniya Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Jeera Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Garam Masala – ¼ Tea Spoon
Lal Kashmiri Mirch Khadi - 1
Hari Mirch – 2
Dahi – 1.5 Cup
Corn Starch – 1 /2 Tea Spoon
Milk – 1 /2 Cup

Coriander – Hari Dhaniya Patti -   For Garnish
