Moong Daal Ki Sukhi Khichadi मूँग दाल की सूखी खिचड़ी

Ingredients:

Moong Dal – 1 cup (160 ml)
Chawal (Rice) – 1 cup (160 ml)
Pyaaz (Onion) -1
Lahsun Paste – 1 Tea Spoon
Adrak Paste – 1 Tea Spoon
Adrak – 1/4  inch- cut in small pieces
Jeera – 1 Tea Spoon
Tej Patta – 2
Lal Mirch Khadi – 1
Kali Mirch khadi – 1 Tea spoon
Daal Chini Stick – 1/2  inch
Badi Ilaychi – 2
Jeera Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Dhaniya Powder – 1 Tea Spoon
Ilaychi powder – 1/4  Tea Spoon
Lal Mirch Powder – 1/2 Tea Spoon
Namak (Salt) – 1 Tea Spoon
Water – 3 1 /2 Cup (For 1 cup Rice and 1 cup Daal)
Cooking Oil – 2 Tea Spoon
Desi Ghee – 1 Tea Spoon

Green Chilli – 2
