Pakode Wali Kadhi पकोड़े वाली कढ़ी


Ingredients:

For Pakode:
Besan4 cups
Water
Tumeric – Haldi – ¼ Tea Spoon
Salt – 1/2  Tea Spoon
Oil

For Kadhi:
Dahi – Yogurt- 4 Big Spoon
Besan – 3 Tea Spoons
Water
Heeng-
Methi Dana – 1/2 Tea Spoon
Mustard Seed – Rai – 1 /2 Tea Spoon
Lal Mirch Khadi - 2
Kadhi Patta- Mithi Neem
Haldi – Turmeric – 1 Tea Spoon
Lehsoon- Garlic Grinded in water – 6 Cloves
Namak

For Tadka:
Desi Ghee – 1 Tea Spoon
Jeera – 1 /2 Tea Spoon

Lal Mirch Powder- 1 /2 Tea Spoon
