Chuda Mutter चूड़ा मटर

 


Ingredient:

Flattened Rice (Poha) – 2 Cup

Milk – 2 Tea Spoon

Ghee/ Oil – 2 Tea Spoon

Cumin Seeds- 1 /2 Tea Spoon

Green Chili- 1

Ginger – 1  Inch

Green Peas – 1 Cup

Garam Masala – 1/2 Tea Spoon

Salt – 1/2 Tea Spoon

Sugar – 1/ 2 Tea Spoon

Green Coriander – Small Bunch

Lime – 1 /4 on the side
