Chawal Ka Fara (Peetha) चावल का फरा (पीठा)


Ingredient:
Rice Flour – 2 Cup
Chana Dal (Gram Lentil) – 1 Cup
Garlic- 8 cloves
Ginger – 1 /2 Inch
Green Chili – 4
Coriander Leaves – 1 Small Bunch
Coriander Powder – 1 Spoon
Cumin – 1 /2 Spoon
Asafetida – 1 Pinch
Turmeric Powder – 1 /2 Tea Spoon
Salt 1 Spoon
Ghee – 2 Spoon
Oil – 1/2 Tea Spoon for Greasing

For Tadka:
Oil – 2 Spoon
Hing (Asafoetida) – 1 Pinch
Mustard Seed (Rai) – 1 /2 Spoon
Curry Leaves (Mithi Neem) – 6 to 7
Green Chili - 2
