Ingredients:

आलू छोटे वाले छिलके समेत – Small Potato – 8

सोआ – Dill – 1 Bunch

धनिया –Coriander – ½ Bunch

तेल -Cooking Oil – 3 Tea Spoon

हींग – Asafetida – 1 Pinch

जीरा – Cumin Seeds – ½ Tea Spoon

अजवाईन -  Carom Seeds -  ½ Tea Spoon

नमक - Salt – 1 Tea Spoon

हल्दी – Turmeric Powder – ½ Tea Spoon

कसूरी मैथी – Dry Fenugreek Leaves – ½ Tea Spoon
