Chilli Chicken Dry चिली चिकन ड्राई



Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Boneless- cut in square – 500 Gms

For First Marination:
Namak –Salt- 1/2  Tea Spoon
Haldi Powder – 1/2  Tea Spoon

For Second Marination:
Egg – 1 – Beated
Salt- 1 /2 Tea Spoon
Corn Starch – 2 Tea Spoon
Tandoori Masala – 1 /2 Tea Spoon
Soya Sauce – 1 Tea Spoon
Sweet Chilli Sauce – 1 Tea Spoon
Black Pepper – Fresh Grinded

For Deep Frying:
Cooking Oil

For Chilli Touch:
Pyaaz –Onion – 2 Medium cut in square
Shimla Mirch – 1 – Cut in Square
Soya Sauce- 1 Tea Spoon
Sweet Chilli Sauce – 2 Tea Spoon
Vinegar – 1 Tea Spoon
Tomato Ketchup – 1 Tea Spoon
Sugar – 1/2  Tea Spoon
Adrak – 1/2  inch- cut in small pieces
Salt -
Cooking Oil – 1/ 2 Tea Spoon
Green Chilli – 2
Lehsoon – 3 cloves
Corn Starch – 1 Tea Spoon 
Black Pepper

 To Garnish:
Ginger – Adrak – Cut as Julian
