Malai Chicken मलाई चिकन




Ingredients:
Chicken Breast Boneless – 500 Gms

Marination:
Kashmiri Lal Mirch Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder- 1/2 Tea Spoon
Tandoori Masala – 1 Tea Spoon
Dahi (Yogurt)- 3 Tea Spoon
Nibu – Lime juice – ½ lime
Sarson ka Tel - Musturd Oil – 1 Tea Spoon
Lehsun Adrak ka paste - Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 Tea Spoon
Namak - Salt – To Taste (1 Tea Spoon)
Oil – 1 Tea Spoon

Cooking Oil – 3 -4 Tea Spoon
Jeera – 1 Tea Spoon
Cinamon Stick (Daal Chini)- ½ Inch
Hari Ilaychi (Cardmom)-3 -4
Loung (Clove)- 3-4
Badi Ilaychi –Black Cardmom – 1
Kali Mirch – Black Pepper- 5 to 6
Javitri – Herb – 1 Pinch
Mut Meg – 1 Pinch
Tej Patta – Bay Leaves - 1

Hari Mirch – Green Chilli- 1
Adrak- Ginger – ½ inch cut in small pieces
Lehsun – Garlic – 6 to 8 cloves
Pyaaz  (Onion) –1 Big Size –cut in small pieces
Namak – Salt – to taste
Haldi – Turmeric powder-  ½ Tea Spoon
Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder-Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - ½  Tea Spoon
Dhaniya Powder – Coriander Powder - 1 Tea Spoon
Jeera Powder – Cumin Powder -  1 Tea Spoon
Garam Masala – ½ Tea Spoon
Tomato (Tamatar) – 2
V 8 – Vegetable Cocktail – ½ Cup
Sugar- 1 Tea Spoon

Kasoori Methi – 1 Tea Spoon
Half and Half Cream – 1 Cup
Dhaniya Hari (Cilantro) – 1 bunch
