Egg Curry with Tamarind Touch अंडा करी इमलिया


Ingredients:

Hard Boiled Egg – 6
(After water with eggs comes to boil, let it boil 8 minutes from there –switch of the heat and let it rest for another 5 minutes before removing the shell. )
Onion –Pyaaz – 3 Bade
Tomato – Tamatar- 3 Bade
Garlic -Lehsoon Paste- 1 Tea Spoon
Ginger- Adrak Paste- 1 Tea Spoon
Namak- 1 Spoon
Lal Mirch- 1 Spoon
Haldi- 1 Spoon
Dhaniya – 1 Spoon
Pisa Jira – 1/2  Spoon
Cooking Oil – 2 Table Spoon
Mustered Oil – 1 Table Spoon
Kali Mrch- 6-8
Tej Patta – 1
Lal Mirch Khadi – 2
Hari Mirch- 2
Jeera- 1 Tea Spoon
Saunf- 1 / 2 Tea Spoon
Posta Dana – 1 Tea Spoon (Powdered soaked in water)
Imali Paste- 1 Tea Spoon
Sugar –  1 /2   Tea Spoon

Dhaniya Hari- To Garnish
